- Creation and leadership of the Group Data strategy, including the roadmap and Data & AI governance framework (GDPR, AI Act)
- Transformation of the Group Data Science model: founder and architect of the Group Data platform (Modern Data Stack), transitioning from mostly manual delivery to autonomous and industrialized operations, reducing time-to-market from over 2 weeks to 1 day and saving €60k in annual platform costs
- Industrialization of 10+ GenAI use cases in production, from RAG to autonomous agents: chatbot, fraud detection, call classification, automated underwriting
